Accessibility Statement
We want the website and member journey to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people using keyboards, zoom, screen readers and other assistive technology.
1. Our approach
We design and review the service with recognised web-accessibility practices in mind, including semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, meaningful labels and responsive layouts. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement rather than a one-time claim of certification.
2. Current scope
This statement covers the public website, account sign-in, membership selection, embedded checkout, member dashboard and the legal/contact pages that are part of this application. Third-party embedded interfaces, including payment components, can have accessibility characteristics controlled partly by their provider.
3. Known limitations
We do not claim that every screen has been independently audited against every WCAG success criterion. Animated or highly visual presentation, third-party checkout content and newly released admin/member features may require further testing with assistive technology. We will prioritise issues that block access to joining, payment, cancellation, privacy controls or customer support.
4. Tell us about a problem
If you cannot access information or complete a task because of an accessibility problem, use the Contact form and select “Accessibility”. Tell us the page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser/device where relevant and the adjustment or alternative format that would help.
5. Alternative access
Where reasonably possible, we will provide the same essential information or service through an accessible alternative while a material website issue is being fixed.
6. Review
We review accessibility as the website changes and will update this statement when material known limitations or testing status changes.
