Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains both your statutory rights after an eligible distance purchase and how ordinary monthly membership cancellation works.

1. 14-day statutory cancellation period

If you enter into an eligible consumer service contract with us at a distance, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel it. This statutory right is separate from the ordinary monthly cancellation option described below.

2. If you ask to start immediately

Where you join at a distance and expressly ask for membership services to start during the 14-day cancellation period, we may begin supplying the service before that period has ended. If you later exercise the statutory cancellation right, we may make a proportionate deduction for services actually supplied before you told us you were cancelling where consumer law permits that deduction.

3. How to exercise the statutory right

You may make any clear statement that identifies you and your decision to cancel. Email hello@ironlogicfitness.com, call 020 3584 3839, use our contact form, or write to PROTEQTPLUS LTD, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Keep evidence of when your request was sent. We will handle any refund due under the applicable statutory timetable and by an appropriate payment method.

4. Ordinary monthly cancellation

For a monthly recurring membership, you may cancel through the member dashboard where the relevant control is available, or by giving us a clear cancellation request through any of the contact routes above. Unless a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. No further renewal should be charged after the effective cancellation date.

5. Resume before the end date

Where an online resume option is available and your cancellation has not yet become effective, you may reverse a scheduled cancellation. Otherwise contact us before the effective end date and we will explain whether the existing membership can be resumed or a new arrangement is needed.

6. Refunds outside the statutory period

Payments for a billing period already made are not automatically refundable merely because you stop attending. This does not affect refunds or price reductions required by consumer law, refunds we expressly promise, duplicate or erroneous charges, or remedies where we fail to provide the contracted service with reasonable care and skill.

7. Plan changes

Where plan changes are offered, upgrades may apply immediately with an appropriate prorated charge and downgrades are normally applied at the next renewal. The effect of the change will be explained before it is confirmed.

8. Payment failure

A failed payment does not prevent you from cancelling. If access may be suspended for unresolved non-payment, we will provide appropriate information about the effect on your membership. If you believe a payment was taken incorrectly, raise it promptly through our customer service or complaints route so it can be investigated.

9. Related terms

See the Membership Terms for the complete contract and the Complaints Procedure if a cancellation or refund issue is not resolved.
