1. Website operator
This website is operated by PROTEQTPLUS LTD, company number 16226856, registered office Flat 2, 33 Tyldesley Road, Blackpool, England, FY1 5DH.
2. Website information
We aim to keep service-plan, support and billing information clear and up to date. Website content is general information only and does not override the specific plan, invoice, Stripe checkout or written customer communication shown to you.
3. Customer portal
The customer portal may show service-plan status, invoices, Direct Debit mandate information, payment success/failure and retry dates provided through Stripe webhooks.
4. Stripe checkout
Online payment setup is handled by Stripe. Eligible customers may be offered card payment and UK Direct Debit. Direct Debit mandates and collections can take several business days to confirm.
